Our services

Treatment

Diagnostic Evaluation

In our first meeting, we work with you to evaluate various areas of functioning in your life and assess current concerns. Typically lasting 75 minutes, this session allows us to begin treatment planning catered to your specific needs.

Individual Therapy

Individual sessions occur between the therapist and client. We understand that needs vary across the treatment timeline, and therefore, sessions can be as short as 30 minutes or as long as 55 minutes.

Family Therapy

Family sessions occur with the client and at least one other family member. These sessions are best suited for discussing concerns that impact the household or largely shape relational dynamics. Family sessions are typically 50 minutes.

Clinical Consultation

We offer complimentary 15-minute telephone consultations. During these calls you’ll have the opportunity to explain current concerns in greater detail, learn more about the services we provide, and determine goodness-of-fit.

Parent Consultation

Parent consultations are sessions geared towards providing support and targeted strategies for caretakers experiencing difficulties with their child. These sessions are especially helpful for parents whose children may be resistant to participating in therapy. Parent consultation sessions are typically 60 minutes.

Good Faith Estimate

Under a new law, health care providers are required to give patients who don’t have insurance or are not using insurance for their care a “Good Faith Estimate” of the anticipated costs of care for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services provided by Spark Change Wellness Center.

This Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care treatment. The Good Faith Estimate does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment. You could be charged more if complications or special circumstances occur. The Good Faith Estimate only includes costs associated with anticipated treatment items and services, and does not include ancillary services, late or no show fees, or costs incurred from other medical providers (e.g., outside labs, pharmacies).

If you receive a bill that is $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill by contacting Spark Change Wellness Center, LLC. You can also initiate a dispute resolution process with the US Department of Health and Human Services. For questions or more information about the dispute process, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
